Day 6 May 6th North Tent Free Camp to Salt Lake Free Camp

Up to Pimba for an egg and bacon roll for brekkie and then onto Woomera for a look around at the rockets and space debris which is on display in a park area there.  Not much else around although Rick and Libby needed a chemist to get Rick some pain relief after falling off his camper this morning.  This holiday needs to improve quickly for poor Rick. Heading to a campsite 14kms north of Glendambo that we found on Wikicamps.  Rick and Libby are staying in Glendambo in the motel after Rick hurt his shoulder and foot after falling off the trailer this morning. Lovely campsite looking over the Salt Lake all by ourselves until 2 cars came in.  One of them decided to drive on the salt lake  - wrong.  They ended up very bogged. After about an hour of watching them try to get out, Barry went to see if we could help -  wrong.  After many tries to get them out 2 hours later we were also bogged down to the axle.  After breaking our rope numerous times i drove into Glendambo with Hugo the backpacker to get Rick and his winch to pull us out.  When we were free it took  both Barry and Rick to drag the backpackers car out.  Was getting dark when we were all freed. Thank goodness for Rick.
